The awards acknowledge Interim franchise offices and individual franchisees for having specific patient quality measures and profitable growth and specific quality measures. Herriges Management Award was presented to the individual who has achieved the greatest degree of operational excellence combined with outstanding sales growth during the previous year. Sorensen Business Integrity Award was presented to the individual who demonstrated outstanding ethics and business integrity in the operation of their business while simultaneously increasing overall market satisfaction and penetration. This year's winner was: Rick Petersen, Manchester, New Hampshire The President's Pinnacle Award was presented to the offices that at least doubled their business over the last 2 years with a minimum annual sales of $2 million at the end of the two year period. Collins, CO The Market Development Award was presented to the owner(s) that achieved sales growth through increased market saturation of existing markets. The winners included: TSO Organization, Columbus, OH Keane Group, Farmington, CT Hess, Leawood, KS Skogen/Lamoureux/Geary, St. Paul, MN The Pioneer Award was presented to the owner whose strategy and results demonstrated a pioneering, entrepreneurial spirit and action.
