Developing sound clinical and consumer driven programs sets Interim HealthCare apart from the competition. Based on 40 years of experience, these programs have produced results throughout the network making it much easier for new owners while providing new opportunities for existing owners.

These are just a few of the current programs:

• Wound Care and Pediatric Credentialing
  These programs give our nurses the opportunity to develop professionally as well as provide higher quality care to their patients. In addition to enhancing nursing skills, the credentialing programs help reassure doctors, patients and family members as well as clinicians who are transferring their patients at shift change.
• Joint Replacement Hip and Knee Program
  This new INTERPath program is designed to integrate orthopedic physician's preferences for pre- and post-surgical care with Interim HealthCare's expertise at teaching and care plan execution.
• SureSteps Fall Prevention
  This program is based on Interim's 40 years of experience in looking at many different situations and developing recommendations to enhance living safely and independently at home.
• Living With Heart Failure Program
  This program provides care for the symptoms of the condition including learning and life-skills that allow patients to live more comfortably with heart failure. Nursing and therapy services, and education, are provided by clinicians who have completed an extensive professional education program about Heart Failure.
